Scott is responsible for directing Jolee Electronics Inc’s service team and in house call center including our cloud voice department. Scott is a two time Gold medal winner at the Alberta skills competition. Scott brings an enthusiasm for technological solutions that is eye opening.

Dave Auton is responsible for our out of office call center, cloud backup solution and premium support. Dave is well known for his dedication to finding solutions for our clients that are cost effective in managing their needs.
Rob DricklNetwork Analyst
Rob is responsible for all network design. Rob has 25 years in experience and certifications with Cisco and WatchGuard to back that up. Rob manages the firewalls at all clients, all equipment installed by our company is managed and monitored 24/7.
Steven HubbardCloud Voice and Service Technician
Steven is responsible for the 3CX cloud voice servers and systems installed at sites. Steve also assists in the in house call center with WatchGuard Firewall support and Desktop support.

Jennifer is responsible for our field teams scheduling and all Xplornet operation’s and scheduling. Jennifer spends hours on the phone reaching out to our clients to assist in on site upgrades and service calls.

Elaine identifies new business leads and recognizes customer needs and wants to create solutions, with the help of her team, that provide the best options for running a safe and secure network. Elaine also communicates new product and service developments to existing and prospective clients, maintaining a good working relationship with them.
